Nice Choices! I would have picked Layla’s for best Mediterranean but the menu is more limited than Istanbul. Also, I’m glad someone else loves “La Ha” as the Hot Springs natives like to call it. It’s the Walden’s favorite.

When James and I were still in grad school we would go to Sam’s on Sunday after church and first try all of the samples and then go split a slice of pizza and a coke. Sunday lunch for 2 at less than $4!

My favorite Christmas movie is a tie between National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and White Christmas. One I also enjoy that’s not necessarily Christmas, but has a great Christmas scene is “Meet me in St. Louis”! Judy Garland sings “Have yourself a merry little Christmas”-love it!!!

I’m not so sure that I totally agree with equating some of our great, but very imperfect leaders as though they are gods themselves. To me, it is done as a memory to who they were. Neither was the intent in their building to be a thing to worship. I do agree about our nation’s unhealthy desire with food does lean towards idolatry, however I disagree with our nation’s monuments as being linked to idol worship.

love this! my hallway currently has 3-4 large bags filled with stuff to take to goodwill but why did i have this stuff in the first place?!?!?!
